Diane joined InnerCHANGE (IC) in 1998. After serving among the poor for 8 years in Cambodia and 2 years in Romania, she returned to the US (Georgia) as IC Director of Operations, while also helping care for her mother.

In early 2014, Diane transitioned to the role of InnerCHANGE Collective Director. In this role she represents IC's 92 missionaries around the world within the larger body of Novo. Using her love for the poor, her administrative gifts and first hand experiences both stateside and internationally, Diane also serves as a coach and trainer for many within InnerCHANGE and Novo.
